1. Where is your company? Can I visit your factory please?

We, Hidoo Food, are in Qingdao China and have been in the food flavor and seasoning industry for more than 15 years. 
Warmly welcome you to visit us. You can go to Qingdao by air or train. And then we will pick you up and go to our factory by car, which will need about 1 hour.

2. Are you manufacturer or trading company?

We are both manufacture and trading company.


Manufacture: Qingdao Hidoo Food Ingredients Co., Ltd. 
We make the food flavors and seasoning ourselves. Products are including bakery flavors, meat flavors, seasoning flavors, etc. We supply to more than 1,000 customers both in China and all over the world.


Trading company: Qingdao Hidoo International Trading Co., Ltd. 
We export our products and also import some materials from abroad through this company.

3. What's the advantage about your company?

We, Hidoo Food, have professional research and develop team and professional production Line. We strictly control & ensure the products from the raw material to finished products; also the third party testing is supported to ensure the safety and high quality. 

4. Can I get samples please?

Yes, usually a small amount of samples are free

5. Wonder if you accept trial orders?

Yes, feel free to contact us. In order to give our clients more convenience, we accept trial order. 

6. What is your MOQ please?

No MOQ, any quantity even several kg will be ok for us. However, small quantity means a bit more cost, so it will be a little high price. Anyway, welcome to discuss with us for any details.

7. Can you do OEM for me?

Yes, we accept OEM orders. Just contact us freely and give us your design, we will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you asap.

8. What are your payment terms?

Usually, we cooperate with customers by T/T and LC at sight. Any others, contact us please and let us discuss each other then.

9. What is your production time?

Usually we can arrange production after receiving your deposits; about 7-20 working days can be shipped, which depends on your order quantity.
